About us
We are a not for profit organization with the mission of bringing awareness about the gifts of people with intellectual disabilities. These gifts come to light through the transformation achieved via reciprocal personal relationships. We promote a community environment that is values-based and that answers to the changing needs of our community members.
Our commitment is to work side by side, in pursuit of a more humane society.
HOGAR BROCHERO :
This is where our live-in community members reside. At the Hogar Brochero we share together the day-to-day routines of a family, joined by groups of volunteers and professionals that take care of the needs of the house.
TALLER SAN JOSE :
In this workshop, together with our assistants and volunteers, we welcome people with various intellectual disabilities during the daytime hours. They participate in specific learning and recreational activities designed to increase their autonomy and to promote personal connections among peers and with the assistants and volunteers. Workshop members are provided breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
